Instructions

1. Place 1 tablet into mouth and chew with front teeth until it forms a soft paste

2. Brush with a dry (ideally) toothbrush for 2 minutes. It will foam like regular toothpaste.

3. Spit out (No need to rinse with water as Hydroxyapatite works best left on teeth

4. Repeat twice a day, everyday!
